SOLVE, a leading provider of pre-trade data and predictive pricing for fixed income securities markets, today announced a set of product enhancements spanning its structured products, trading workflow and analytics offerings: the new TRACE Data Product Suite, an enhanced BWIC Monitor and Workflow, and expanded Relative Value Analysis capabilities. Together, the updates reflect SOLVE’s continued focus on turning more fixed income data into faster, more actionable decisions across the trade lifecycle.
“Markets are generating more data than ever, and the firms that win are the ones that can turn that data into a decision the fastest,” said Eugene Grinberg, Co-Founder and CEO of SOLVE. “These enhancements are about giving our clients the context behind the information, the workflow and the signal quality to act on what they already have in front of them, whether that’s a TRACE print, a live BWIC list, or a relative value screen.”
New TRACE Data Product Suite
SOLVE is expanding its structured products data capabilities with the TRACE Data Product Suite, which includes TRACE Activity Feed, Derived TRACE and TBA Monitor. TRACE Activity Feed brings official TRACE-reported trade activity directly into the SOLVE | MBS Source workflow, placing it alongside the security-level context needed to interpret it, including collateral characteristics, historical offers, BWIC results and market color. Rather than viewing a trade print in isolation, users can evaluate where a security traded within the broader context of its trading and pricing history. The suite covers Agency MBS, Non-Agency MBS and CMOs, ABS and CMBS, with additional eligible securities subject to coverage and permissions.
Enhanced BWIC Monitor and Workflow
SOLVE has also enhanced the BWIC Monitor within SOLVE Quotes to help structured credit desks manage multiple live BWICs more efficiently, from list arrival through the bid deadline. New capabilities include Pin and Hide, which lets users prioritize the lists they are actively working, and security-level Status, which allows team members to mark securities Pass, Bid, Won or Lost, with those statuses visible across the desk and hover-over details showing who set each one. That shared view gives teams a way to coordinate who is working on what and avoid duplicating effort. Change tracking flags new and updated BWICs and securities and identifies changes to size, due time, or securities added or removed, while inline notes let users retain their thinking directly on individual securities. These capabilities sit alongside dealer inventory, current holders, historical quote activity, best bid and offer, and SOLVE Px predictive levels, reducing the need to move between systems while pricing a list.
Expanded Relative Value Analysis
Following the June launch of cohort-based Relative Value Analysis, SOLVE is continuing to build out how traders and portfolio managers access, manage and act on relative value insights. A new Analyses Panel provides persistent access to SOLVE-provided and user-created analyses directly within SOLVE Quotes, and inline renaming makes saved analyses easier to organize and manage. Enhancements to the Constituents Widget also let users filter and sort dealer axe indications by timeframe, side and source, helping them more quickly identify actionable opportunities within a cohort. Together, these updates build on SOLVE’s Bond vs. Cohort and Cohort vs. Cohort frameworks, making relative value analysis more accessible and actionable within the day-to-day trading workflow.
“What ties these product enhancements together is the connection between data, signal and workflow,” said Michael Pellerito, Managing Director, Head of Product at SOLVE. “TRACE Activity Feed gives structured products desks the context behind a print. The BWIC Monitor gives structured credit desks a shared, real-time view of a live bid process. And the Analyses Panel makes relative value analysis something a trader lives in every day, not a report they pull up occasionally. In every case, we’re reducing the distance between having information and being able to act on it.”
