MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Caribou Coffee^® is bringing the warmth and coziness of the most wonderful time of the year to life with the launch of its 2026 holiday menu. Beginning Monday, Nov. 2, guests can discover the sweet taste of Cookie Butter^®, welcome back beloved beverages only available this time of year and pair their favorite seasonal sip with a collection of festive bites at participating Caribou coffeehouses nationwide while supplies last.

New to this year’s menu is the Cookie Butter White Mocha, bringing together the caramelized, spiced notes of the classic flavor with the smooth sweetness of Caribou’s signature mocha crafted with real white chocolate chips and cookie crumbles. With a variety of beverage styles to customize each sip, guests can enjoy the new limited-time flavor as a traditional hot or iced mocha, a blended Cookie Butter White Mocha Cooler or a Cookie Butter White Mocha Espresso Shaker made with fresh espresso, shaken over ice and finished with a splash of oatmilk.

Cookie Butter may be new to the menu, but several fan favorites are making their annual return. The classic Ho Ho Mint Mocha^® pairs real chocolate and rich espresso with a refreshing touch of mint, while the Spicy Mocha turns up the warmth featuring chocolate with ancho chile and cinnamon spices. The Cranberry Dark Chocolate collection also makes a comeback, bringing together rich chocolate with bright, tart cranberry flavor. As always, guests can modify their handcrafted beverages with non-dairy milk at no additional charge.

The holiday flavors continue in the bakery case with the new Warm Spice Morning Bun, a flaky, buttery pastry rolled in a fragrant blend of cinnamon, cardamom, coriander and ginger. It joins returning limited-time menu items, including the decadent Chocolate Truffle Brownie topped with chocolate truffle ganache.

Caribou’s holiday cups also have a fresh look this year, featuring hand-illustrated designs reminiscent of cozy sweaters, blankets, wrapping paper and all the familiar touches that make this time of year feel special. • Ho Ho Mint Mocha: Real chocolate, rich espresso and cool mint come together in a cheerful beverage that can be handcrafted as a traditional hot mocha with steamed milk, an iced mocha, a Caribou Cooler blended beverage, hot or iced Crafted Cold Brew, Nitro, Espresso Shaker or a non-coffee hot chocolate option.
• Spicy Mocha: Flavors of ancho chile and cinnamon combined with real chocolate and milk. Guests can enjoy it served as a traditional hot mocha with steamed milk, an iced mocha, a Caribou Cooler blended beverage, nitro or as an espresso shaker.
• Cranberry Dark Chocolate: Rich dark chocolate meets bright, tart cranberry flavor across a returning collection of beverages including an Espresso Shaker, iced Crafted Cold Brew (formerly Crafted Press), hot Crafted Cold Brew or a blended Crafted Cold Brew.
