BitGo Holdings, Inc. (“BitGo”) (NYSE: BTGO) and OKX today announced the international expansion of their Off-Exchange Settlement integration, enabling eligible institutions outside the U.S. to access OKX’s liquidity while supported assets remain in segregated, regulated custody with BitGo Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“BitGo Singapore”).

The expansion builds on the relationship established earlier this year, when OKX joined BitGo’s Go Network for U.S. institutions. Together, the integrations give eligible institutions in the U.S. and international markets a consistent model for separating custody, execution and settlement, while maintaining access to OKX’s global liquidity and trading infrastructure.

“We believe institutions are increasingly looking to separate where they trade from where they hold their assets,” said Mike Belshe, CEO and Co-founder of BitGo. “That separation is becoming an important part of how institutions manage counterparty risk and evaluate exchange relationships. Extending Go Network to OKX’s international operations is intended to bring that model to more of our clients globally.”

Traditionally, institutions accessing exchange liquidity have needed to transfer and maintain assets on trading venues before execution. Through Go Network Off-Exchange Settlement, eligible clients can access OKX’s international liquidity while supported collateral remains in regulated, insured custody with BitGo Singapore until settlement, creating a clearer separation between custody, execution and settlement and supporting the more mature market structure institutions increasingly expect from digital asset trading.

“Institutional markets are becoming more open, interoperable and capital-efficient,” said Star Xu, Founder and CEO of OKX. “Institutions should be able to choose where they custody assets and where they execute without sacrificing access to liquidity. Expanding our integration with BitGo internationally is another step toward connecting digital asset markets with the infrastructure and risk standards of global finance.”

The expansion reflects the growing regulated infrastructure supporting institutional digital asset markets globally. BitGo Singapore provides regulated custody under its Major Payment Institution license from MAS, while OKX operates through regulated entities in key international financial centers, including MAS-licensed OKX SG Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and VARA-licensed OKX Middle East Fintech FZE in Dubai.

Institutions are increasingly seeking the same market structure principles that underpin traditional financial markets: regulated, independent custody, access to liquidity across trading venues and efficient post-trade settlement. Connecting OKX to Go Network in both U.S. and international markets brings that architecture across jurisdictions and reflects a broader convergence between digital asset markets and institutional financial market infrastructure.
